Yoga for everyone – you don’t have to be fit, flexible or sit on the floor!  But if you practice regularly

you might well become fitter & more flexible.  Yoga will strengthen the body over time, help to calm the

mind and free the body from tension. Practiced regularly, yoga can help with a range of health issues.


You can take up yoga at any age but may need to adapt what you do

according to your body, health, age, etc. Yogi Lea has over 25 years’ experience of teaching yoga and we will

use chairs (to sit in and to use as props) rather than sitting the floor.


Please come dressed in warm, comfortable clothing with layers to make sure

you don’t get too hot or too cold. Together, we will practice a range of physical postures,

balances, gentle movement sequences and some simple breathing and meditation exercises.

Dorchester Yoga & Therapy Centre


A chance to get your yoga mat out over the festive season.  Join us for a morning of movement, stillness and relaxation.  Beginning with a gentle warm up with Lea. Isabelle will then lead you through some dynamic flow sequences followed by longer held floor postures. The morning will end with pranayama and an extended yoga nidra (guided relaxation) with Lea.


We look forward to seeing our students old and new at this special annual class which we offer every

year at Christmas time.  Places are limited so do book early as this is a very popular event.
