BESPOKE YOGA WEEKEND BREAKS IN WEYMOUTH

TWO TEACHERS, FOUR CLASSES, LUNCH INCLUDED, WALKS ON SOUTH WEST COASTAL PATH, GOOD AIR AND THE SEA!

The yoga will be taught by both Yogi Lea and Isabelle, and will take place at our home studio in Sutton Poyntz which is a picturesque village situated between Dorchester and Weymouth. Our house has direct access on to the inland South West Costal Path which is well marked and offers wonderful views of Dorset including the coast and Portland. Lunch will be provided on both days and will be vegetarian. On Saturday afternoon you are free to explore or simply to stay in the garden or our summerhouse.

The price for the weekend including four classes (total 7 hours) and lunch on Saturday & Sunday is £85.00. Accommodation is not provided but there are many B&B's as well as hotels in Weymouth, many right on the sea front as well as in the surrounding countryside. We are about three miles from the town centre so this is an ideal place to stay. There are a few B&B's in Sutton Poyntz itself and we can let you have details of these and others nearby.

If you have never been away on a yoga weekend before it is an amazing experience. Longer classes allow us to spend more time going both into more depth and also covering a wider range of practices than is possible in a class.

We would love to see some of our old students again down here in Dorset - it is great place for a weeknd break if you don't know the area. There is wonderful country and coast for both strenuous and gentle walks, plus lots of great seafood restaurants (including simple fish & chips)!

If you know us from London and possibly been to our classes do get in touch and let us know how you are. We will be happy to exchange news! Plus, we hope to organise many interesting yoga workshops to help you develop your sadhana so keep visiting our site for news!

Thanks for reading. If you would like to register your interest in a class or workshop, or simply would like to get in touch, please email: yogilea or  isabelle
