More about "Dr Lea"

Isabelle has been practising Yoga for the past twenty years and has been teaching for the last eight. A principal influence on her teaching is Godfrey Devereux of whom she has been a student since 1989, taking the Windfire Yoga teacher training course in 2003. Isabelle has also trained with the Inner Yoga Trust and is recognised as a teacher by the British Wheel of Yoga and The Independent Yoga Network.

Isabelle prefers to teach small groups of students in order to give maximum attention and guidance to each student. In this way your yoga practice can bring the maximum benefit to you as an individual.

Her stlye of teaching includes dymamic sequences as well as held postures and breath awareness. This all within a flowing structure that encourages you to focus internally to bring a deep sense of completeness and relaxation.

For some, 'one to one' classes are to be recommended. This may be either because of a specific condition or simply because you will benefit from a class that is tailor made just for you.
